Consumption

The minimum daily consumption of Agaricus blazei Murril  in powder or in dried form should be about 10 - 30 grams. In capsules 8 - 24 caps.

However, the amount can be adjusted according to one's own health condition. For example, someone fighting in his third or fourth stages of cancer should consider doubling or tripling the minimum consumption.

Consumption guideline

You can mix the mushroom with you regular meal four times in the day. Each time need to be about 10g (1/2 cup of dried mushroom have about 10 g and in powder 1 tablespoon have 10g).

Storage

Dried Agaricus Blazei Murril should be kept in the refrigerator in a tight container such as plastic. For long term storage, the airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.

To make medicinal teas:

  1. Boil water in a non-reactive pot (glass, stainless steel, cast iron, or enamel-do NOT use copper or aluminum because harmful metals from these materials can contaminate water) and remove from burner.

  2. Use 1 tablespoon of powder mushroom or 1/2 cup of dry mushroom to 1 cup of water, cover, and steep for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Strain and drink small amounts throughout the day - 3 to 4 cups total. Keep refrigerated.

  4. Before to drink, add some lemon drop and honey to taste.

Obs: Removed mushrooms (strain) still can be consumed in soup or salad or any suitable cooking. It will still contain good nutrients that whole family can enjoy. To make medicinal syrup:

People with diabetes or other disease that it restricts the consumption of sugar should not consume this syrup.

  1. Boil water in a non-reactive pot (glass, stainless steel, cast iron, or enamel-do NOT use copper or aluminum because harmful metals from these materials can contaminate water) and remove from burner.

  2. In a pot (non-reactive) put 2 tablespoons of powder form mushroom or 1 cup of dry mushroom, cover with 2 ½ cup of boiled water, and steep for at least 6 hours, overnight if possible. Strain and squeeze out all the liquid you can.

  3. Mix 3 ½ cups of granulated sugar, 1 cups of water, ¼ cups of lemon juice well then bring to a rolling boil. Then turn heat down so syrup gently simmers for about 5 minutes. Keep hot, add the extract above (step 2) and stir well.

  4. Drink small amounts throughout the day - 10 to 12 tablespoon total. Keep refrigerated.

Agaricus blazei apple cinnamon syrup  

People with diabetes or other disease that it restricts the consumption of sugar should not consume this syrup.

Ingredients

 

2 tablespoon of Agaricus blazei (in powder form) or 1 cup (in dried form)

2 1/5 cup water

2 cup apple juice
3 cinnamon sticks
2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice

Step1: Boil 2 1/5 cup water in a non-reactive pot, remove from burner. In a glass pot, cover the mushroom and steep for at least 6 hours, overnight if possible. Strain and squeeze out all the liquid you can. Reserve.

Step2: Stir apple juice, cinnamon sticks, sugar and water together in pan (glass, stainless steel, cast iron, or enamel-do NOT use copper or aluminum). Heat to 260 degrees. Add corn syrup, boil for 5 minutes. Stir well. Add lemon juice 1/2" from top. Boil jars for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the ABM reseved above.

Drink small amounts throughout the day - 10 to 12 tablespoon total. Keep refrigerated.
